Chef Alex Porter has created a menu of classic British afternoon tea sandwiches, scones, mini Welsh rarebit and steak pie hors d'oeuvres. Pimms will be the drink de jours; waiters will be wearing Red culinary jackets and serve from white tables, working in front of the Royal Blue fountain that landscape the gardens. Music will be provided by Four Seasons' Acoustical House Band, who will play British hits from 1952 to 2012, including songs from the Beatles to Adele; the Stones to Oasis. There will be music to suit all occasions and ages! A croquet lawn and the interactive food stations and bars will provide guests the opportunity to fully explore the gardens.
